Garcia House is but a single spacious efficiency apartment with a private entrance and driveway to park just feet from your door. It has a small but completely functioning kitchen, walk-in closet and full bath. There's a large completely private patio area plus an additional semi-private patio off the back for your use.
This had been completely refurbished with new flooring throughout, in 2018 a brand-new mini-split for both AC and heat was installed, there's a flat-panel TV with DVD player, expanded cable services, Secured Wi-Fi, comfortable new furnishings as well as a double mattress and box spring which is incorporated into an Off-The-Wall bed unit so it can be put out of the way providing more space.
The bathroom had been completely re-done from the ceiling to the flooring and includes many small amenities to make your stay with us a comfortable one.
The kitchen is small but more than adequate with a full-size refrigerator, full-size stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender for your margaritas and more. It too had been completely re-done and furnished with pots, pans, utensils and anything and everything you might need if you decide to stay-in and not partake in any of Tucson's wonderful restaurants.
Also for your use are not one but two patios! One is semi-private patio which borders on our own and is screened-in to keep the temperature down and it makes even windy days comfortable to sit out it. As well as seating, a propane powered B-B-Q will be available for you to cook burgers, steaks or whatever you're in the mood for.
