Picture, pictures and more pictures!
We hope these should give you a pretty good idea of the apartment and patios.

Please note many of these photos are done in a panoramic mode and/or have been stitched together to obtain a wider view.  Sometimes this distorts the photo a little bit.

Here is the Murphy Bed down.  This is a full-size bed with a proper mattress and box spring.  Comfy!:
Picture
Some extra info regarding the Murphy bed:  It lifts up and down VERY easily. Please do keep in mind, this is a Full-Size bed and may not be large enough to provide enough comfort for those who are very tall or larger couples.
You can see even with the bed down there's still ample room to use the sitting area:

One has to think efficiency when putting together small spaces and this space is equipped with a lift-up top type of coffee table.   It's not just for storage either . . . .:
Picture
The lift-up top on the coffee table will allow you to comfortably work on your computer or enjoy a meal too!:

A large library of DVDs with many current titles and more being added regularly:

The drop leaf that you can open up and spread out for dining or computer or anything else you might want:

It may be small but it's sure an efficient kitchen!:

The baker's rack is perfect for all your coffee needs, extra work space and storage of all kinds of things and I've loaded it up with a Cuisinart coffee-maker, set of pots and pans, all your coffee and tea needs and much more!

That's a full-size refrigerator and stove -- nothing dinky about them! You can see the  microwave on the counter too. Next to the refrigerator  is a pantry which holds additional kitchen appliances (blender, toaster oven, etc.) and also houses a  hot water heater solely for use in the apartment. No cold showers here!

You can see this is a full-size bathroom. That beautiful bathtub surround is installed with porcelain and genuine talavera tiles. That's a water-saving toilet and a large pedestal sink.

There's plenty of shelves for your needs and we've stocked amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, a hair-dryer and much more.

A view into your big walk-in closet. There's plenty of shelving for all your clothes, shoes and anything else you might have. If you look closely you'll see an ironing board is provided (of course there's an iron too!).  Although you can't see it in the photo, of course there's a rod for hanging clothes and plenty of hangers are provided.

This used to be an extension of our home and if you look closely, behind the shelving rack you'll see a door.  When we don't have Guests, this is where we come and go into this space. You can't enter our living space and we can't enter yours through this entry when locked and there's a bolt lock so you'll feel certain we can't. We've had an exterior door installed for extra security and sound control. Your privacy is important to us!

Let's start heading outside!

Your French-style door leads onto your semi-private patio.  It's screened in to help keep it cooler and protect from winds so it's comfortable to sit out in even on very breezy days.

Picture
This photo shows the large table and seating for four in the patio area.  You can move the table so a group can sit at it and enjoy a BBQ or some other meal or just cold beverages :-).    There's twinkle lights too for night time entertaining!

Please note that the pool is not available for use but it does make a lovely water feature to look at.

Picture
Here's your propane powered BBQ just waiting for you to fire it up for some outdoor cooking.  It gets a thorough cleaning after Guests leave so it's ready for you to use it.
Picture
Now let's head on in to your fully-private patio.  This is a portion of the driveway, it shows the enclosed areas of your fully private patio and the entry gate.

Pull in here, take a few steps through the gate, make a quick left and you're at your front door. No lugging luggage or groceries long distances!

Picture
You're now looking at the entry from the opposite side from above.  On your left is the gate and you can clearly see your front entry on the right.  In the not-too-distant past, we had twenty-nine solar panels installed on our roof and "The Works" are all naturally located at the electrical boxes.  It's not quite as pretty but to help the environment, it's well worth it!
Picture
This is a BIG space and it's all for your use.  Quite a portion of it is covered but there's plenty of open overhead too if you want to pull out the folding chaise lounge chair and soak up some of Tucson's sunshine.
Picture
One of your companions to keep you company that you'll find in your apartment.  There's quite a few friends hanging about!

Hope you've enjoyed your tour!
